Welcome to 3dR's news update. We have some exciting updates to talk about, starting with our new web site and this newsletter, which will be published quarterly.

Web Site

The web site has had a long overdue refresh to lead an online marketing campaign to build the business.

New Staff

Scott Jug

We welcome Scott as our Sales and Business Development Manager. Scott has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and account management roles and brings a mature, proactive and committed approach to our business. Whilst we are looking forward to Scott pursuing further market growth, a primary responsibility is to ensure that we maintain effective partnerships with our current client base.

John Katsiris

John joins 3dResourcing as part of our advisory board. As a Past Chairman of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) Australia, he has extensive experience in business analysis and project management across diverse business sectors such as Manufacturing, IT, Finance and Professional Services. We look forward to drawing on John’s knowledge, skills and practical experience as we grow our business.

Branching Out

New Zealand Fringe Festival

The New Zealand Fringe Festival in Wellington is the country's longest running fringe. Having grown from 52 shows in 2011 to more than 120 shows in 2015 – Fringe in Wellington is a thriving festival looking set to take over the world! Identifying the need to streamline their registration and ticketing system, the New Zealand Fringe festival has succumbed to the temptation to "cross the ditch". We are enjoying working with Hannah and her team to provide a registration and ticketing solution that is effective and provides them scope for ongoing growth in the years ahead.


Scheduling Reports

A number of clients have let us know that being able to schedule reports would save considerable time for their staff, presenters/artists and venue managers when it comes to accessing reports. We are pleased to announce that this Report Scheduling feature will be released in early September. Your staff, presenters, artist and venue managers will be able to schedule reports to run each night and they can be automatically emailed to them. Further reports such as "door lists" (session closed report) that are traditionally only available once a session has been closed for online sales to the general public, can now be scheduled to automatically run (and emailed to a number of people) when the session is closed by the system. We look forward to your feedback!
