The Motoring Event Registration System (MERS) is a web based system designed for motoring events, meets, fetes and festivals, where the entrants and their vehicles may not need competition licenses and equipment. The system is not just a simple web form collecting details. The focus is on the back end management, vehicle selection and issuing of event numbers, electronic paddock passes and management reports for the organisers, marshals and stewards.
The platform also allows for simple management of clubs, exhibitors and sponsors and the associated support vehicles. These organisations, and the entrants, are able to register vehicles in their account via their own login.
A great value add is the database of entries the event management team will build over multiple events allowing advance invites to be sent out via the built in bulk reporting and emailing facility.
The 3dRegistration component is the backbone to the 3dEventPlatform, it is the place all your event and entrant information is maintained. The system manages the application and acceptance, or rejection, process via configurable registration states.
This component can be used by your staff, your clubs secretaries, sponsors and exhibitors. It is the management portal for your system. It can be highly customised allowing you to capture the information you require and display it on a configurable dashboard. The registration system also manages duplicate and incomplete bookings and has a real time registration display screen.
Event entrants, your customers, also have a login which is automatically created the first time they register. This allows them to add additional drivers, riders and vehicles to their account and book themselves in to events. Entrants can upload a photo with their booking. The booking system has post code validation (UK only) and Google Maps integration for use by admin staff.
The registration system has built in audit trails and booking history to enable administrative staff to handle booking enquiries with ease.
Reporting is a critical part of any system, we have extensive reports for types of entrants, clubs, exhibitor and sponsor entries. Quickly see how many entrants you have registering and run reports based on vehicle criteria to make selection or rejection easier to manage. Easily find out how many trailer or support vehicle parking spaces you will need. Reports can be exported in real time to facilitate live data feeds.
Tickets, merchandise, vouchers, entrant payments are handled via our 3dSales module. We cater for general admission and invited entries. We support many different payment types including credit card, cash, cheque, and PayPal. Invited entries can be periodically reminded up to the invite expiry date.
Our merchandise store has basic stock control. Gift cards (vouchers) can be purchased in the shop and these can in turn be used to purchase tickets and other merchandise, great for Christmas and birthday presents.
Printing - The system enables print at home for entrants, eliminating the cost and time needed to post paddock passes and race numbers. Display and paddock passes are issued with bar and QR codes for security and information purposes respectively.
The 3dSearch engine provides a means to search your database and provides information about matching entrants that is then displayed on your screen or your website. This gives the front end developers complete control over layout so that your own look and feel and requirements can be fully implemented.
